Prior to SPAATECH, Tushar has had significant tenures at several large organizations such as Tata Teleservices, Moser Bear and Exide Industries, amongst others.

Sumit Banerjee

Vice President of Business Development

Sumit brings more than one and a half decades of business development experience in the IT industry across software and services to SPAATECH. He owns the complete revenue generation process at SPAATECH with a focus on setting up a professional services organization focused on leveraging the power of data science and analytics that is both technology agnostic and scalable to market need. Sumit has always been a key member of client facing business teams in the different organizations that he has served and has rich experience in managing large and complex accounts across different industry verticals such as energy, utilities, natural resources, infrastructure and governance in India. He has also been engaged with the US startup market in his earlier years and has the unique experience of setting up an onsite office for his organization in the Silicon Valley, and also pitching investors to drive valuation and fundraising activities. Sumit has worked across the entire gamut of the software and services industry spanning packaged COTS products to bespoke development and maintenance services for B2B, G2B and G2C applications, ERP implementations, geographical information systems and solutions, telecom software solutions in the CTI domain and also web based business applications.

Soumendra Nath Banerjee

Advisor, Business Development

Soumendra brings close to four decades of experience in the technology industry to the SPAATECH leadership team and advises the organization in hiring and nurturing the talent pool that is critical to long term and sustainable success in the marketplace. Soumendra brings deep insights from his long tenure in industry to design and implement talent management practices that bring the best from industry and sets a benchmark for energetic and young startups to emulate. In his past engagements, he has worked with industry majors across steel, energy, mining, textile, automation and IOT and brings valuable experience in the creation and sustenance of business value through the development and promotion of talent. Soumendra has held leadership positions in his roles at M Systems, WEBEL Mediatronics, Tata Honeywell, Chemtrols Industries etc prior to joining the SPAATECH team.

Jibesh Kumar Nath

Delivery Manager

Jibesh heads the delivery practice at SPAATECH and is responsible for all the ongoing client engagements that are on the production floor. He brings more than two and a half decades of experience in the IT industry and has spent considerable time with industry leaders such as Cognizant, IBM and Cap Gemini. In his prior roles, Jibesh has worked for clients across banking, financial services, insurance, aviation, retail and manufacturing and he is responsible for imbibing the best practices from industry within the SPAATECH team to ensure that the quality of service delivered to our clients is always exemplary. His project management skills are a forte in ensuring that SPAATECH can deliver multiple projects with a small team and agile processes.

Sulagna Chakraborty

Senior Manager, Human Resources

Sulagna leads the human resource practice in the India operations with a focus on building a high performing team that addresses the India and APAC markets. She brings more than a decade and half of expertise of people management in the IT industry having spent considerable tenures at several large IT services organizations like mJunction and RS Software and her role at SPAATECH is to set up best in class systems and processes that the organization can leverage to scale its operations.
