SPAATECH assists organizations in developing comprehensive data strategies and transforming how they collect, manage, and analyze data. SPAATECH is looking for a Business Development/Partner Sales Development Representative to research accounts and contact prospects using phone, social media, and email outreach to set meetings that generate a pipeline for our sales organization. In addition, we would like the role to include Partner Sales Development: assist our Sales Team with driving and nurturing relationships with our established Technology Partners (Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) The primary objective is to strengthen and expand the collaboration between SPAATECH and our partners to drive growth. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, curious, and motivated. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. A strong candidate is flexible with change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, work in a cross-functional setting, and eager to advance their career in sales. The candidate will be assigned a territory of accounts and are responsible for planning, researching, and strategizing how to set meetings within these accounts. The candidate will find the right people to connect with, make calls and creative outreaches, and send emails to gauge a fit, determine how SPAATECH can help, then set up a meeting with their assigned Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts to strategize with Marketing and Account Executives on prospecting plans.

· Conduct discovery conversations with IT Executives in targeted accounts.

· Generate and qualify new sales prospects through outbound sequences and schedule intro/discovery meetings for our Account Executives

· Share partner & customer feedback and insights with relevant internal SPAATECH teams to drive continuous improvement. This candidate will collaborate with our partnering sales/technical experts to drive solution-building with our top partners.

· Conduct pre-meeting follow-up with prospects to ensure high levels of attendance

· Utilize active listening skills to uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how SPAATECH can solve them.

· Work cross-functionally to increase conversion rates and generate a quality pipeline

· Assist Account Executives and attend industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and build SPAATECH brand awareness.

· Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with our established Technology partners (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, etc.)

· Consistently achieve quota by exceeding call, email, meeting, and pipeline targets.

· Use and maintain Salesforce.com to keep data accurate.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

· Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools a plus: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Highly motivated and driven individual who thrives working toward monthly and quarterly quotas

· A desire to grow and advance a career in sales

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
